Microscope itself is solid. It has good magnification and pretty fast auto-focus, there is however a slight delay as you would expect with any digital scope.
The controls for focus (preset1, preset2, +/- and autofocus) + integrated light control are touch sensitive - that is a big plus.
The main flexible arm feels nice and has wide range.
Light integrated in the microscope is very reflective, so I dont use it, but the provided external ring light is better, which makes up for it (its also worth mentioning that the external ring light requires its own power source, so if you use it, you will have 2 cables to deal with).

Now the main issues: The ring light does not hold on the microscope and often falls (I saw a 3D-printable bracket model online to fix this).
The other pretty big issue for me, is how wobbly the aluminium part for adjusting the height is (the part with teeth). For taking photos you will have to use the provided remote, as the buttons around the screen are tactile and pressing them moves the microscope far too much.

The issues are seemingly minor, but they very much ruin the experience. Not to mention that fixing this shouldn't be that hard.

Great tool for use in the field

I have this scope mounted on my workbench at my shop; it is very intuitive to use, has a very sharp visual screen. Worth every cent of cost ....

Microscope seems fine, connected with HDMI ok.
Issues so far. The adjustable part of the stand is very flimsy and it wants to tilt to the sides and it often leans a bit.
The european adapter for the power supply won't ever work in europe. Since it does not fit in the socket!

Very useful device

Prompt postage and good quality unit. Fairly easy to assemble. 40X magnification is adequate for examining circuit boards, which is my main application.. Auto focus is a definite plus and works very well. It is is worth the initial investment. Today I discovered the split screen function It helps in locating specific areas of the board. Maybe if I had read the manual I would have discovered it earlier!
